Job summary

Kroger is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Courtesy Clerk/Grocery Bagger to join our store team in El Segundo, CA. You will bag groceries, assist customers, and help keep aisles neat and safe, while upholding Kroger's standards for respect and service.

This role involves standing for long periods, working in a fast-paced environment, and supporting teammates to provide an outstanding shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is helpful but not required.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform basic physical tasks.
• Maintain a positive, helpful attitude in a fast-paced store environment.

Responsibilities

• Bag groceries at checkout and assist customers with loading bags.
• Help remove customer merchandise from bottom of bascart and place on shelves.
• Inform customers of grocery specials and organize merchandise on shelves.
• Support in keeping store clean and safe, including spills and trash cleanup.
• Provide courteous assistance and answer questions about products.
