Job summary

Kroger is seeking a Courtesy Clerk/Grocery Bagger in Temecula, CA to deliver exceptional service and keep aisles clean and safe. You’ll bag groceries, assist customers at checkout, and help with loading bags into cars when needed.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Bag groceries at checkout for customers.
• Strive for at least five items per bag without damage.
• Follow best practices for bagging items in various bag types.
• Assist in removing merchandise from bottom baskets for checkout.
• Offer to help customers load bags into their car.
• Perform basic shelf conditioning and inform customers of specials.
• Return merchandise to shelves and tidy bascarts.
