Kroger Family of Companies is seeking a Courtesy Clerk/Grocery Bagger to provide friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced retail environment. You will bag groceries, assist customers, and help maintain a clean, welcoming store throughout your shift.

Responsibilities include bagging, loading assistance, shelf upkeep, and following safety procedures while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Bag groceries at checkout for customers.
• Assist in removing customer's merchandise from bottom of bascart for checkout.
• Offer to help customers with loading bags into their car.
• Perform basic shelf conditioning.
• Inform customers of grocery specials.
• Return merchandise to store shelves.
• Gather bascarts and return them to designated areas.
• Clean spills, collect and pick up trash inside store and parking lot.
• Understand the store's layout, locate products, and conduct price checks for cashiers.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and identify unsafe conditions, accidents, or issues.
