Qualifications

• Retail experience is preferred but not necessary.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform bagging duties.

Responsibilities

• Bag groceries at checkout and bag items for customers.
• Assist customers with loading bags into their car.
• Perform basic shelf conditioning and keep shelves organized.
• Inform customers of grocery specials and promotions.
• Return merchandise to store shelves and collect shopping carts.
• Greet customers and create a welcoming environment; answer questions about products.
• Understand store layout and conduct price checks for cashiers.
• Adhere to safety procedures and report unsafe conditions to management.
• Follow food safety regulations and maintain clean, safe work areas.
• Handle seasonal merchandise and keep the department tidy.
