Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred but not required.
• Greet customers courteously and assist with questions.
• Bag groceries efficiently and carefully to prevent damage.
• Follow safety procedures and store policies.

Responsibilities

• Bag groceries at checkout and aim for at least five items per bag without damage.
• Assist customers with loading bags into their car when needed.
• Perform basic shelf conditioning and restock as required.
• Inform customers of specials and locate products in the store.
• Return merchandise to shelves and gather/return bascarts.
• Clean spills and manage trash inside the store and parking lot.
• Adhere to all local, state, and federal laws and company guidelines.
• Understand store layout and conduct price checks for cashiers.
• Support safety programs and report unsafe conditions or incidents.
