Job summary

Schnuck Markets in Missouri is seeking a customer service oriented team member to support store operations. You will greet customers, bag purchases, stock bags on stands, and help maintain a clean, welcoming store environment.

The role requires regular attendance, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and willingness to work outdoors in seasonal weather. Training is provided at store level to ensure friendly, accurate service.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and courteous service to customers
• Regular, reliable attendance is an essential function of the job
• Place customers' purchases into bags
• Place filled bags in cart
• Carry customers purchase to cars
• Retrieve carts from parking lot
• Pick up paper and debris in the store, from parking lot, and from carts
• Stock bags on check stands
• Empty trash from check stands and service center
• Sweep and mop floors
• Return merchandise left at check-out to shelves
• Read and understand shelf tags
• Verify prices of merchandise
• Other duties may be assigned at the discretion of the store management
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Working on feet for entire shift (4-8 hours)
• Able to push 3 to 5 carts at a time
• Able to work outside in seasonal weather
