Job summary

C&S Wholesale Services, LLC is hiring for a full-time custodian/janitor to keep our warehouse and office areas clean and safe. The role includes sweeping, mopping, cleaning restrooms, and maintaining spills and waste disposal in a fast-paced grocery warehouse setting in Plant City, FL.

The 2nd shift starts at 11pm. Training is provided, and benefits begin day one, with opportunities for growth and a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Providing and maintaining a clean and safe work environment by acting as a custodian / janitor
• Performing janitorial duties such as cleaning the entire warehouse, including office space, employee break areas, windows and restrooms
• Maintaining good housekeeping by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, buffing and waxing floors
• Occasionally pulling product out of pick slots using an electric pallet jack to clean with a scrubber and returning product
• Tending to spills including damaged product, oil, grease, etc.
• Collecting plastic wrap, shredded paper, and empty boxes to be disposed of properly
• Following all material handling equipment safe operating procedures
• Occasional safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels
• Having the ability and willingness to follow all material handling equipment safe operating procedures

Compensation & Location

• Earn $17.50 per hour
• Full Time: 11pm start time
• Location: 1802 Jim Johnson Road, Plant City FL 33566

Warehouse: Store/Grocery Warehouse (50F to 90F)

Job Description

You will contribute by:
