Job summary

Manulife/John Hancock is launching the GRO HR Stream, a two-year program with two 12-month rotations across core HR functions. You’ll gain hands-on experience in HR strategy, people analytics, DEI, global learning and talent management while building a broad HR foundation and a global perspective on how HR drives business success.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate or master's degree in human resources or a related field, or completion of an undergraduate degree and currently pursuing a post-graduate HR certificate, with an expected graduation Spring 2027.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with sound judgment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • A passion for continuous improvement and a drive to make meaningful change.
  • Ability to influence through data and clear reasoning.
  • A natural curiosity to learn and apply new skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Referenced Salary Location Boston, Massachusetts Working Arrangement Hybrid Salary range is expected to be between $73,350.00 USD - $122,250.00 USD Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
