Job summary

Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates is hiring a Grinding Utility Operator for Royal Canin in Lebanon, TN. The role involves moving raw ingredients, loading/unloading trailers and preparing ingredients for mixing in a rotating 12-hour shift schedule.

Night shifts include a $3.00/hour differential. Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or GED, forklift experience, teamwork and coachability, and 1+ year in manufacturing or related fields.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Forklift experience required.
• Teamwork and coachable attitude essential.
• Manufacturing environment passion and willingness to learn.
• Disciplined initiative and problem solving.
• Computer data entry and basic software use.
• Strong communication skills, both spoken and written.
• 1+ years in manufacturing, tech or trade field.
• Familiarity with SAP, ATMS and week planning.

Responsibilities

• Ensure raw materials are available for production on time.
• Notify stakeholders of potential shortages.
• Coordinate with Operations to avoid manufacturing delays.
• Raise escalations for safety, quality or efficiency issues.
