Regal Rexnord Aerospace Solutions in Downers Grove, IL seeks an experienced grinder operator to set up and run CNC or manual grinders (OD/ID, boring, facing). You will work a second shift with data entry in ERP and strict adherence to blueprints and process sheets.

Expect a $2/hour premium from day one for 2nd shift and a $4,000 sign-on bonus. Benefits include 401(k) matching, and medical/dental/vision coverage. Training on first shift may be available.

• Minimum 6 months of direct grinding experience.

Responsabilidades

• Set up, adjust, and operate CNC or manual grinders for OD/ID, boring, and facing.
• Run multiple grinding platforms within the department as needed.
• Follow blueprints, process sheets, and tooling instructions; record data in ERP.
• Inspect own work and verify with gauges to ensure specs are met.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized work area.

You choose the correct grinder—CNC or manual; ID, OD, centerless, or face—compute feeds, speeds, and cycle time; set your gauges; and deliver a part that hits every spec.
