Job summary

Menasha Corporation in Georgetown, Kentucky is seeking a Grinder Operator to help maintain continuous production and support continuous improvement initiatives. You will operate the grinder and dump station, perform quality checks and material handling tasks, and assist with inventory control.

The role requires attentiveness to safety protocols and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with opportunities to participate in CI/5S/STW activities and team-based process

Responsibilities

• Operate grinder and dump station to process non-prime materials.
• Perform silo readings and melt flow tests per load of boxed regrind.
• Disassemble buy back products and remove contaminants (metal, fiberglass, etc.).
• Count and verify regrind inventory; record grinding throughput.
• Fill in for operators as needed.
• Work safely with all PPE and follow STW documentation.
• Be actively involved in CI, 5S and STW activities.
