Job summary

Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking qualified and motivated candidates for Grinder Operator openings in the Wyoming and Big Lake area. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are detail oriented, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working in a fast paced production environment.

Hourly Pay is $23-$25 per hour with weekly pay. Schedule is Monday through Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM; Friday, 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Experience operating grinders or similar equipment.
• Able to read basic measurements and follow instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.
• Able to work independently and stay on task.

Responsibilities

• Operate grinding machines to remove excess material.
• Inspect parts for quality and accuracy.
• Deburr, smooth, and finish metal components.
• Follow production specifications and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Position Overview
