The Grinder grinds and finishes welded joints as required per specifications for subsequent Painting and Assembly operations. The Grinder completes work quickly, accurately, and with a high degree of quality, following Company practices for safety.

The Grinder will work daily in the Machine and Weld Shop. Persons in this role regularly operate metal grinding equipment and other tools such as hand tools and gages. The environment may fluctuate from hot to cold depending on the season. The department may be fast-paced. Noise levels are moderate to high.
This role is physically active. The employee should be able to stand and walk for up to 8 hours, lift materials, and use hand tools. Vision must be unimpaired to see close, peripheral, and with depth perception. The employee must follow OSHA safety standards.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and provide proof of employment eligibility.
