Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Grinder to join our team in the flow rail area. Your responsibilities will include grinding stoppers on a conveyor system using various grinding machines and tools to shape, smooth, and finish metal parts. Attention to detail and quality assurance are crucial to meet our specifications.

Responsibilities

1. Operate grinding machines and tools to shape and finish metal parts, specifically stoppers for the flow rail area.
2. Interpret blueprints and technical specifications to understand production requirements.
3. Ensure all finished parts meet quality standards and specifications.
4. Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of grinding equipment.
5. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain workflow efficiency.
6. Follow safety protocols and keep the work environment clean and organized.

Qualifications

1. High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
