Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Grinder to support aerospace fasteners, reading precision blueprints, and setting up centerless grinding equipment to produce high-quality components.

The role is 2nd shift, Monday–Friday, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life and disability insurance, and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating and setting up centerless grinding equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience using precision inspection tools such as micrometers, calipers, comparators, and gauges.
• Knowledge of SPC and quality control processes.
• Strong math skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

Job Details

The Centerless Grinder is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring centerless grinding equipment to produce high-quality precision components. This role requires strong attention to detail, blueprint reading skills, and experience using precision measuring equipment to ensure products meet specifications and quality standards.
