Job summary

AHF is seeking a Grinding Operator responsible for the efficient operation of grinding equipment in Cartersville, Georgia. The role includes operating machinery, monitoring quality, and maintaining safety and cleanliness in the grinding area.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED and preferably possess 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, along with the ability to work safely in industrial settings.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience with extrusion, plastics, SPC flooring, or PVC compounding strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and oversee grinding equipment operation.
• Monitor and adjust machine settings for quality control.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the grinding room.
• Inspect product quality in line with company standards.
• Verify raw material supply for grinders.
