Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is seeking a Grinding operator to manage the grinding line, bagging, and batch labeling while ensuring quality and on-time production. The role includes assisting with SOPs, data-entry, and participating in safety and production meetings.

Typical duties include inspecting equipment, performing preventive maintenance, and cross-training in related tasks. Must be able to work overtime as production demands require and wear required PPE in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or 4 years of machine operator/manufacturing experience required.
• English fluency (read, write, speak); ability to communicate well (verbal/written).
• Proven ability to multitask in a stressful environment, attention to detail, and adapt to changing demands.
• 6 months fork truck experience required.
• Read and understand units of measure; basic math skills.
• Demonstrated comfort with data entry and basic computer skills; ERP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate grinding equipment including Bagger, Grinders and Dust Collector with minimal supervision.
• Enter production data into computer at close of shift and monitor quality throughout production.
• Must follow safety guidelines and attend company meetings and SOP development.
• Cross-train into other job functions as needed and maintain clean, safe work area.
