Snappy’s is hiring a Grille Cook in Philipsburg, PA. You will prepare fresh food for customers and deliver great service throughout your shift. Dependability and a positive attitude are valued as you work in a fast-paced environment.

• Keep the work area and equipment clean and organized.
• Follow all food safety standards in handling, storage, and preparation.
• Prepare for the next shift with proper restocking and prep.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare Customer Favorites: Cook and prepare hot and cold menu items accurately and efficiently, including made‑to‑order items and Grille Express selections.
• Serve Up Great Service: Provide friendly, helpful service and make sure customers have a great experience.
• Keep It Clean: Maintain a clean and organized work area and properly clean equipment and food‑preparation areas.
• Follow Food Safety Standards: Properly prepare, handle, and store food while following health and safety requirements.
• Prep for the Next Shift: Complete necessary food prep, restocking, and other duties to help ensure the Grille is ready for the next shift.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience: Previous retail, restaurant, or food service experience is preferred, but not required. We’ll train the right person!
• Skills: Ability to prepare food accurately, manage multiple orders, and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment.
• Attitude: A positive attitude and commitment to providing great customer service.
