Dairy Queen franchise in Greensburg is hiring crew members to build Signature Stackburgers and Chicken Strip Baskets while upholding food safety standards.

As a team member, you will prepare food quickly and accurately, operate kitchen equipment safely, maintain a clean workspace, and assist with stock and cleaning tasks. Pay starts at $12-$15 for 18+, $11-$14 for 16-17, and $9 for younger applicants, with flexible scheduling and benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Must have customer service skills; exhibit good manners, proper personal hygiene, positive attitude.
• Must be able to stand for periods of time.
• Must be able to perform under pressure in a high-volume restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly, quickly and politely with co-workers to ensure correct order is served to the customers. Works as a “team” member.
• Quickly and accurately prepares food products.
• Properly and safely operates and maintains restaurant equipment including grill, fryer, freezer and other related cooking equipment.
• Maintain a clean work area. Organize and stock needed items.
• Breaks down and cleans grill area thoroughly every day as assigned by a manager or shift leader.
• Wash counters, tables, restrooms, trash receptacles, gather trash and remove from dining/service areas to proper receptacle, sweep, mop, stock and other cleaning tasks.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested by management staff or shift leaders.
