Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and oversee that job expectations are completed.
• Provide training and create work schedules for the team.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers and address underperformance.
• Prepare production or sales reports and ensure quality, productivity and safety targets.
• Act as the main contact for employees with complaints or time-off requests.
• Mentor employees and encourage career development within the organization.
