Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and execute high-quality dishes according to the restaurant's recipes and presentation standards.
2. Maintain consistency and precision in plating, ensuring dishes meet the restaurant’s aesthetic and taste expectations.
3. Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-end kitchen environment, maintaining composure and focus under pressure.
4. Manage mise en place, ensuring all ingredients and components are prepped and ready for service.
5. Collaborate with chefs and other kitchen staff to maintain smooth kitchen operations.
6. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in compliance with health and safety regulations.
7. Monitor and minimize food waste while maximizing ingredient utilization.
8. Follow proper food storage and handling procedures to ensure food safety and quality.
9. Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff when necessary.
10. Adapt to menu changes, seasonal ingredients, and special requests with precision and efficiency.

Qualifications:
