7th Street Burger is seeking motivated cooks to join our team in New York. We offer both part-time and full-time roles with a starting pay of $18.00 per hour.

You will work the grill, fryer, and prep stations, keeping quality high and orders moving quickly in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have prior cooking experience, a food handler certification (we'll help you obtain it), and the ability to stand for 8+ hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen
• Food handler certification preferred; we will help you obtain it
• Ability to work 8+ hour shifts on your feet
• Team-first mindset and calm under pressure
• Flexible availability for late nights, weekends, and holidays
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

• Work the grill, fryer, and prep stations
• Get orders out fast without sacrificing quality
• Maintain a clean station and follow Department of Health standards
• Clean the kitchen daily and assist on deep cleaning days
• Communicate with cashiers and teammates to keep orders accurate
