7th Street Burger - New Haven is seeking passionate cooks for Part-Time and Full-Time roles at our New Haven locations. You will work the grill, fryer, and prep stations, delivering fast, quality burgers in a high-volume setting.

We value teamwork, cleanliness, and flexibility for late-night and weekend shifts. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Competitive benefits include weekly pay, meal per shift, and paid training.

Qualifications

• Previous cooking experience in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen.
• Food handler certification strongly preferred (we will help you get certified)
• Ability to work 8+ hour shifts on your feet
• Team-first mindset and calm under pressure
• Flexible availability for late nights (3:00am), weekends, and holidays
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a PLUS!

Responsibilities

• Work the grill, fryer, and prep stations
• Get orders out fast without sacrificing quality
• Maintain a clean station and follow Department of Health standards
• Clean the kitchen daily and assist on deep cleaning days
• Communicate with cashiers and teammates to keep orders accurate
