Qualifications

• Food handler certification required or obtained promptly.
• Previous experience in customer service or food service preferred.
• Ability to follow cooking standards and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, marinate, season, cook, stock and rotate chicken according to standards.
• Receive orders and arrange proteins for presentation.
• Monitor holding times and ensure quality.
• Maintain proper serving temperatures for cooked proteins.
• Inspect raw proteins for quality before marinating or grilling.
• Clean and sanitize the work area and equipment.
• Perform other duties to support operations.
