Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and cook food to order per the specifications.
2. Follow standard grill line recipes.
3. Operate grill and fryers; sauté, broil, and bake according to cook instructions.
4. Setup and teardown of food preparation workspace.
5. Clean, sanitize, and maintain kitchen equipment and workspace.
6. Properly store and handle food.
7. Follow food service safety & sanitation protocols across the kitchen.
8. Comply with company policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications:
