This position requires the ability to work efficiently during busy shifts, maintain cleanliness, and adhere to food safety standards. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, with pay starting at $18.47 based on experience.

Döner Haus is growing fast — and we’re looking for skilled, dependable grill/line cooks who can keep up in our busy, open kitchens.

IMPORTANT — HIGH-HEAT POSITION

Prerequisites for this role:

• Solid prior experience cooking on grills or open‑flame appliances
• Tolerance for sustained high‑temperature environments
• Ability to lift and carry up to 65 lbs

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Grill and prep proteins and menu items to Döner Haus standards
• Keep your station clean, stocked, and running smoothly
• Work quickly and efficiently through busy rushes
• Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures
• Rotate stock and assist with inventory management
• Flag any safety or equipment issues immediately

QUALIFICATIONS

• 18 years of age or older
• Experience as a grill/line cook or similar open‑flame role
• Comfortable working in hot, fast‑paced environments
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Available for AM & PM shifts, including weekends
• Bilingual — English/Spanish preferred
• Calm, focused, and a strong team player
• CA Food Handler’s License a plus
