SONIC Drive-In is seeking an on‑site Restaurant Cook in Florida to oversee stations including grill, fryer, and food production. You will prepare and portion food, ensure quality, and support dressing and packaging orders. This role emphasizes teamwork, flexible hours, and adherence to uniform and hygiene standards.

The position involves long hours, nights, weekends and holidays as needed, with opportunities to cross‑train across stations and contribute to safe, high‑quality guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills and basic math/reading abilities.
• Ability to follow directions and maintain uniform appearance and hygiene.
• General knowledge of the restaurant industry is a plus.
• Willingness to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food orders to meet quality standards.
• Handle food preparation and portioning.
• Cook on the grill and operate fry station.
• Dress items to order and package etc. for serve.
• Assist with cleaning and sanitation of work areas.
