Formación

• Prior experience in grill, deli, or short-order cook role preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume food service environment.
• Strong knife skills and familiarity with deli equipment.
• Reliability, punctuality and teamwork.
• Able to stand long shifts and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Positive attitude and passion for great food and customer satisfaction.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and manage grill station to prepare breakfast and lunch items to order.
• Slice, prepare, and serve deli meats, cheeses, and toppings.
• Build and assemble bagel sandwiches, wraps, and deli orders quickly and accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout the shift.
• Restock grill and deli ingredients to ensure smooth service flow.
• Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff to fulfill customer orders.
• Follow all food safety and handling guidelines at all times.
