Job summary

Ontario Trillium Foundation is hiring dependable Grill Crew Members to run the hot side of our kitchen, preparing burgers, chicken, fries, and other savory items with speed and accuracy.

You will work with fryers, grills, and prep stations, maintain ticket times, and ensure strict food safety and cleanliness while thriving in a team environment. Nights and weekends are required, and you must be able to lift 50 lbs and stay focused under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Cook burgers, chicken, and hot foods to Dairy Queen standards.

• Follow strict food safety and temperature controls.
• Keep kitchen spotless and organized.
• Communicate clearly with front counter and management.
• Assist with prep and closing cleaning duties.
