Job Description: Grill Cook at Morrison Healthcare

Morrison Healthcare is hiring immediately for part-time GRILL COOK positions at our Tucson location: THC - Carondelet SM, 1601 West St. Mary's Road, Tucson, AZ 85745. Note: Online applications are accepted only.

Schedule: Part-time, hours and days may vary. Weekends are required; further details will be provided during the interview.

Requirement: Willing to train!

Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepare food and serve customers at the grill station, adhering to federal, state, and corporate standards to ensure high-quality service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Take customer orders and prepare items requiring short preparation times, including serving from steam tables.
• Serve customers efficiently and courteously, ensuring food quality, temperature, and presentation.
• Follow ticket-collection procedures and maintain accurate records during service.
• Use approved recipes and standards to ensure proper quality and portion control.
• Transport food safely between workstations, stove, and refrigerator.
• Store foods properly following safety and rotation procedures.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Address customer concerns and report relevant issues to supervisors.
• Attend in-service and safety meetings.
• Maintain positive working relationships with team members, customers, and management.
• Perform all duties safely and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
