Compass Group USA is hiring immediately for full-time GRILL COOK positions at The Gates Foundation in Seattle, WA. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with online applications accepted only.

You will prepare food at the grill stations, follow recipes and safety standards, and serve customers in a timely, friendly manner. Two years of grill cooking experience is preferred; the fixed pay rate is $23.50 per hour, with comprehensive benefits available to eligible associates.

Qualifications

• Two years of grill cooking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares food at grill stations and serves customers at multiple stations.
• Ensures food is at correct temperature, attractive and tasty; follows standard portions.
• Uses approved recipes and production standards to maintain quality and serving temperatures.
• Maintains sanitation and safety across work areas and equipment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
