Compass Group USA is hiring for grill cook positions at Stonehill College in North Easton, MA. Both full-time and part-time schedules are available; days, evenings, weekends, and nights may vary. Previous cooking experience is required.

The fixed pay rate is $22.00 per hour, with online applications accepted only. This role prepares food to established standards, serves customers, and maintains safety and sanitation.

• Keeps food at proper temperatures and ensures attractive presentation.
• Uses ticket-collection procedures and records from service.

• Carries pans, kettles and trays safely between workstations and storage areas.
• Stores foods with proper wrapping, dating and rotation.
• Cleans and sanitizes work areas and equipment to maintain sanitation.
• Resolves customer concerns and reports issues to supervisor.
• Attends in-service and safety meetings.
• Maintains good relationships with coworkers, customers and managers.
• Performs duties safely in a clean, safe environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
