Job summary

Mo' Bettahs is seeking a grill cook to prepare and cook meats, keep the grill area clean and organized, and ensure proper labeling and storage of food items. You will monitor inventory and ensure timely service while following all food safety guidelines.

Qualifications include being at least 16 years old, authorized to work in the US, and having a valid driver’s license. Restaurant experience is preferred to support smooth kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare meats.
• Keep steak and chicken stocked and ready for customers.
• Maintain a clean, organized grill area with proper labeling and storage of items.
• Monitor inventory and notify management when supplies run low.
• Ensure food is cooked to the correct temperatures and served promptly.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines for raw meats and ingredients.
• Assist with kitchen cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed.
• Support restaurant operations with other duties as required.
