Responsibilities

• Takes orders from customers and prepares items requiring short preparation.
• Serves customers efficiently following steps of service and ensures proper temperatures.
• Uses ticket-collection procedures and records from area.
• Uses recipes and production standards to ensure quality and portions.
• Carries pans and trays of food safely between stations.
• Stores foods properly and rotates stock per procedures.
• Cleans and sanitizes work areas and equipment.
• Addresses customer concerns and reports to supervisor.
• Attends in-service and safety meetings.
• Makes good relationships with coworkers and managers.
• Performs job safely with a clean, safe environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
