Job summary

Eatzi's in Grapevine, TX is seeking a customer-focused grill cook to join our culinary team. You will sauté, grill and rotisserie foods for guests made to order and work with the Sous chef to ensure consistency and high standards.

Responsibilities include creating and pricing specials, handling raw meat, maintaining stock per recipes, receiving and rotating inventory, and delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment. Full-time role with excellent benefits and work/life balance.

Qualifications

• 1 year of grill experience in a high volume environment.
• Knowledge of grilling, cooking and cleaning procedures.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Saute, grill and rotisserie food for guests made to order.
• Create, cost and price specials as needed.
• Identify and work with raw meat.
• Provide excellent customer service to our guests.
• Produce, validate and store foods by recipe in a timely manner.
• Receive, store, and rotate all food/paper stock.
• Follow procedures and existing recipes.
• Maintain a sense of pride and high standards of food and service.
