Job summary

Compass Group USA is hiring for a full-time Grill Cook at The Agnes Irwin School in Bryn Mawr, PA. The role requires prior front-of-house and grill prep experience, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. You will prepare food, serve customers, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• Previous front of house experience required.
• Prep cooking experience required.
• Ability to serve customers and prepare grill items in line with standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food and serve customers at the grill station.
• Take orders, complete items from steam tables, and serve efficiently.
• Ensure food is served at correct temperatures and meets standards.
• Maintain sanitary work areas and equipment; follow safety procedures.
• Assist with restocking and storing foods per guidelines.
• Attend safety meetings and work cooperatively with team.
