Qualifications

• Food Handler's Card required.
• Full-time availability, Monday–Friday; hours may vary.

Responsibilities

• Takes orders from customers and prepares items requiring short preparation.
• Serves customers efficiently at multiple stations and ensures correct temperatures and presentation.
• Uses approved recipes and production standards to ensure quality and portion control.
• Carries pans, kettles and trays safely between stations.
• Stores foods with proper wrapping, dating and rotation.
• Cleans and sanitizes work areas and equipment to maintain sanitation.
• Resolves customer concerns and reports to supervisor.
• Performs duties safely and maintains a clean, safe work environment.
