Eurest is hiring a full-time Grill Cook at Millipore Sigma Cherokee in Saint Louis, MO. The shift is Monday–Friday, 5:30 am–2:00 pm with pay ranging from $19.00 to $20.00 per hour. Prior grill cook experience is required and online applications are accepted.

Summary: Prepares food and serves customers at the grill station in accordance with federal, state, and corporate standards to ensure high-quality service. Safety, sanitation and teamwork are emphasized in this role.

Qualifications

• Previous Grill cook experience required.

Responsibilities

• Takes orders from customer and prepares items requiring short preparation. Completes orders from steam tables and serves customers at multiple stations.
• Serves customers in an efficient, friendly manner following established steps of service meeting outlined standards.
• Uses established ticket-collection procedures during service. Responsible for records from area worked during service periods.
• Uses approved recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures and standard portion control.
• Keeps work areas clean and sanitary according to safety standards.
