Responsibilities

• Takes orders from customers and prepares items with short prep times.
• Serves customers efficiently and follows steps of service.
• Maintains food safety by proper storage, temperature and sanitation.
• Assembles and uses standard recipes and portion controls.
• Carries pans, kettles and trays safely between stations and equipment.
• Keeps work areas clean and sanitized; reports issues to supervisor.
• Attends in-service and safety meetings; adheres to safety policies.
• Assists with other duties as assigned.
