Job Summary

Summary: Prepares food and serves customers at the grill station, ensuring high-quality food service according to standards and regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Take customer orders and prepare items requiring short preparation time.
• Serve customers efficiently and courteously, ensuring food quality and presentation.
• Follow established procedures for ticket collection and record-keeping.
• Use approved recipes and standards to maintain quality and portion control.
• Transport food safely between workstations and storage areas.
• Store foods properly, following safety and rotation procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
• Address customer concerns and report issues to supervisors.
• Attend training and safety meetings.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and management.
• Perform other duties as required.
