Job Details

• We are hiring immediately for full-time and part-time GRILL COOK positions.
• Location: Ochsner - 1214 Coolidge Street, Lafayette, LA 70503. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Varying hours and days, including weekends and holidays. More details upon interview.

• Pay Range: $12.00 to $15.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Prepares food and serves customers at the grill station, ensuring high-quality food service in compliance with standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

1. Take orders, prepare items, and serve efficiently and courteously.
2. Ensure food is at correct temperature, attractive, and tasty; taste all items.
3. Follow ticket-collection procedures and maintain records.
4. Use approved recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
5. Transport food safely between stations and storage areas.
6. Store foods properly, following safety and rotation procedures.
7. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and utensils.
8. Resolve customer concerns and communicate with supervisors.
9. Attend safety and in-service meetings.
10. Foster good working relationships with team members and management.
11. Perform other assigned duties.
