This role involves preparing food and serving customers at the grill station in accordance with federal, state, and corporate standards, guidelines, and regulations to ensure high‑quality food service.

Schedule & Pay

Full‑time and part‑time schedules are available. Hours and days may vary; weekends are required. Fixed pay rate: $18.75 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Take orders from customers and prepare items requiring short preparation.
• Complete orders from steam tables and serve customers at multiple stations.
• Serve customers in an efficient, friendly manner following established steps of service to meet outlined standards.
• Ensure food is at the correct temperature and is attractive and tasty; taste all prepared food items.
• Use established ticket‑collection procedures during service and maintain accurate records.
• Follow approved recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures, and standard portion control.
• Carry pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from workstations, stove, and refrigerator in accordance with safety standards.
• Store foods in designated areas following standard wrapping, dating, food safety, and rotation procedures.
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain all assigned work areas, equipment, and utensils to meet sanitation standards.
• Resolve customer concerns and report relevant information to the supervisor.
• Attend in‑service and safety meetings.
• Maintain good working relationships with coworkers, customers, administrators, and managers.
• Perform the job safely while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
