Job summary

Morrison Healthcare at Inova Fairfax Hospital in Falls Church, VA is hiring full-time and part-time grill cooks to prepare and serve meals at the grill station in accordance with federal, state, and corporate standards to ensure high-quality food service.

• We are hiring immediately for full time and part time GRILL COOK positions.
• Location: Inova Fairfax Hospital - 3300 Gallows Road, Falls Church, VA 22042. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule
  • Full time: 1:30pm - 9:30pm, more details upon interview.
  • Part time: Saturday - Sunday, 5:00am - 1:00pm and flexible weekday shifts. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: One year of previous grill cook experience required.
• Perks: $1500 Sign on bonus - 1/2 at 30 days, remaining at 90 days!
• Pay Range: $18.25per hour to$18.50per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares food and serves customers at the grill station in accordance with current applicable federal, state and corporate standards, guidelines and regulations to ensure high-quality food service is provided.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Takes orders from customer and prepares items requiring short preparation. Completes orders from steam tables and serves customers at multiple stations.
• Serves customers in an efficient, friendly manner following established steps of service meeting outlined standards. Ensures food is at the correct temperature and is attractive and tasty. Tastes all prepared food items.
