Job Summary

Prepares food and serves customers at the grill station, ensuring high-quality food service in compliance with all standards and regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Takes orders and prepares items requiring short preparation; completes orders from steam tables and serves customers at multiple stations.
2. Serves customers efficiently and courteously, ensuring food is at correct temperature, attractive, and tasty. Tastes all prepared food items.
3. Uses established ticket-collection procedures and maintains records during service.
4. Uses approved recipes and standards to ensure quality, proper serving temperatures, and portion control.
5. Carries food safely between workstations, stove, and refrigerator.
6. Stores foods properly, following safety and rotation procedures.
7. Cleans and sanitizes work areas, equipment, and utensils.
8. Resolves customer concerns and reports issues to supervisor.
9. Attends in-service and safety meetings.
10. Maintains positive relationships with coworkers, customers, and management.
11. Performs job safely, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
12. Performs other duties as assigned.
