Join to apply for the GRILL COOK (FULL TIME) role at Morrison Healthcare.

We are hiring immediately for a full-time Grill Cook position.

Location: St Mary's Medical Center - 901 45th Street, Mangonia Park, FL 33407. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time schedule with flexible shifts and rotating weekends. Hours and days may vary; more details upon interview.

Requirements: Previous grill cook experience is preferred but not required. Willing to train!

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Job Summary

Prepares food and serves customers at the grill station following applicable standards and regulations to ensure high-quality service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Takes orders, prepares items requiring short prep, and serves at multiple stations.
• Serves customers efficiently and courteously, ensuring food quality and temperature.
• Uses ticket procedures and maintains records during service.
• Uses approved recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
• Transfers food safely between work areas.
• Stores food properly, following safety and rotation procedures.
• Maintains sanitation of work areas and equipment.
• Resolves customer concerns and reports issues.
• Attends safety and in-service meetings.
• Maintains good relationships with team members and management.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
