Job Opening: Grill Cook

Restaurant Associates has an opening for a full-time GRILL COOK position.

Location: Bank Of America - 1 Bryant Park, New York, NY 10036 Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full time, Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. More details upon interview.

Requirement: Experience required.

Pay Range: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Prepares food and serves customers at the grill station, ensuring high-quality service in compliance with standards and regulations.

Essential Duties

• Take orders, prepare short-serve items, and serve at multiple stations.
• Serve customers efficiently and courteously, maintaining food quality and temperature.
• Use established procedures for ticketing and record-keeping.
• Follow recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
• Transport food safely between stations and storage areas.
• Store foods properly, maintaining safety and freshness.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
• Resolve customer concerns and report issues to supervisors.
• Attend safety and in-service meetings.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
