We are hiring immediately for a full time GRILL COOK position.

Location: McKinstry - 5005 3rd Avenue South, Seattle, WA 98134. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full time, Monday through Friday, hours may vary; mornings and nights included. More details upon interview.

Requirement: Previous short order breakfast grill cooking experience preferred.

Summary: Prepares food and serves customers at the grill station in accordance with applicable standards and regulations to ensure high-quality food service.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and prepare items requiring short preparation; serve at multiple stations.
• Serve customers efficiently and friendly, ensuring food quality and temperature.
• Use ticket-collection procedures and maintain records during service.
• Follow recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
• Transport food safely between stations.
• Store foods properly, following safety and rotation procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
• Address customer concerns and report to supervisors.
• Attend safety and in-service meetings.
• Maintain good relationships with coworkers and management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
