Location: BenU Krasa Student Center

We are hiring immediately for a full-time GRILL COOK position.

Address: 5700 College Road, Lisle, IL 60532

Schedule: Full-time, 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Days may vary, including weekends; more details upon interview.

Requirement: 2 years of grill cook experience.

Perks: $200 SIGN-ON BONUS payable after 3 months of employment. Chef coat provided!

Pay Range: $17.00 to $19.50 per hour.

Job Summary

Prepares food and serves customers at the grill station, ensuring high-quality food service in compliance with standards and regulations.

1. Takes orders, prepares items, and serves customers efficiently and courteously.
2. Ensures food safety, proper temperatures, and presentation.
3. Uses established procedures for ticket collection and records.
4. Follows recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
5. Handles food safely, stores properly, and maintains cleanliness.
6. Resolves customer concerns and reports issues to supervisors.
7. Attends safety and in-service meetings.
8. Maintains good relationships with coworkers and customers.
9. Performs duties safely and maintains a clean work environment.
10. Performs other duties as assigned.
