Role Summary

Prepares food and serves customers at the grill station, adhering to standards and regulations to ensure high-quality food service.

Responsibilities

1. Take orders, prepare items, and serve efficiently and courteously, ensuring correct temperatures and presentation.
2. Follow ticket procedures, manage records, and use approved recipes and standards.
3. Transport food safely, store foods properly, and maintain sanitation.
4. Resolve customer concerns, attend safety meetings, and foster good relationships.
5. Perform other duties as assigned.
