We are hiring immediately for a Full and Part Time Grill Cook position.

Location: Thomas Hospital, 750 Morphy Ave., Fairhope, AL 36532

Requirement: Previous Cook Experience Required.

Pay Range: $15.00 per hour to $16.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares food and serves customers at the grill station according to applicable standards, ensuring high-quality food service.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Take orders and prepare items requiring short preparation; serve customers efficiently and courteously.
• Ensure food is at correct temperature, attractive, tasty, and served following standards.
• Use established procedures for ticket collection and record keeping.
• Follow approved recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
• Transport food safely between workstations, stove, and refrigerator.
• Store foods properly following safety and rotation procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
• Address customer concerns and report issues to supervisor.
• Attend in-service and safety meetings.
• Maintain good relationships with coworkers, customers, and management.
• Perform duties safely and maintain a safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
